Where could I use this?

Your company has a contract to roll out new switches for a large PLC. Each site has a different configuration. The project manager simply sends these configurations with the order and each site then receives a their switch ready for installation.


Auto-provisioning IP phones

Make the setting up of VoIP phone systems quicker by opting for our auto-provisioning service. Bespoke firmware flashing

If you need a custom firmware or a specific manufacturer firmware putting on a device before it's despatched to your customer, we can handle this for you. We can flash multiple units in our bespoke test lab, saving you time and staffing resources. This gives the further benefit of each unit having been  powered up and checked prior to delivery. This is a service that is frequently provided to a number of ISPs & TISPs. Furthermore, this service is often combined with our MAC address capture service.

MAC address capture

To facilitate the provision of IP solutions to your customers, we can detail MAC addresses pertaining to the  serial number of each hardware device.  This data appears on the delivery note and is fully traceable through your order history details held on our system. If you require a custom data feed for this information, we are able to facilitate quick data downloading to your in house tracking system as a further benefit. A number of companies also use this service with their asset tagging system as it speeds up the process of adding new items to the IT asset list. This service can be used with any product that has a MAC address such as routers, network switches, IP phones and IP cameras. This service has been used in the past by a broadband quality assurance firm working in tandem with OFCOM, IPTS companies, ISPs and SME IT departments.

Where could I use this?
